Mozzarella Sticks

500g | Punta del Agua Soft Cheese |
150g | Flour |
3 | Beaten Eggs |
300g | Breadcrumbs |
to taste | Oregano |
1 | Pinch of Salt |
1 | Fileto Sauce (ready to use) |

Cut Punta del Agua Soft Cheese into sticks. |

Place the eggs in a bowl with salt and oregano, and whisk to combine. |

Pass each stick in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. |

Place the mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before frying to avoid the cheese to melt. |

Fry in abundant hot oil until golden brown and crispy. |

Drain them on absorbent paper, serve with the fileto sauce and enjoy! |
