Fondue Cheese

450g | Punta del Agua Gouda Cheese |
3/4 cup | Dry White Wine |
2cc | Cognac |
2 tbsp | Bread Crumbs |

Dice the Punta del Agua Gouda Cheese into small pieces and sprinkle it with wine. |

Let it macerate for 4 hours. |

Cook it in a bain-marie over low heat, stirring it continuously until the cheese melts. |

Add cognac. |

Serve the fondue with toast. |
