Chard and Cheese Tart

| 1 | Bunch Chard |

| 150g | Punta del Agua Soft Cheese |
| 1 | Pie Dough 2 cups of plain flour |
| (Optional: if you choose to make the dough) 1 cup of warm water one tablespoon of fine salt and two tablespoons of common oil. | |
| to taste | Seasonings (salt, white pepper, marinade). |

Wash the chard leaves and boil them with very little water or broth (2 or 3 standard cups). |

Preheat the oven to maximum and chop the Punta del Agua Soft Cheese into cubes. |

To make the dough: place the flour and salt in a bowl and add the oil. Mix and add the water until the dough is smooth and soft. Separate it into two equal balls and stretch them in a circular shape. Otherwise, use the pie dough. |

After 5 to 10 minutes boiling the chard is ready. Strain and rinse. Remove all the extra liquid. |

Chop the chard.Mix the two eggs and the cubes of Punta del Agua Soft Cheese. Seasoning and salt to taste. |

Place one of the circular shape dough in a oven tray. Stretch it and then spread the filling leaving a cm and a half of edge. Place the other circular shape dough on top and press slowly to remove air. Braid like the empanadas. |

Bake it for 10 minutes and it is ready to eat! |
