Broccoli and Cheese Tart

500g | Broccoli |

150g | Punta del Agua Soft Cheese |

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for the filling. After that remove it from the pan and submerge it for a few minutes in cold water. Remove it and drain it. |

Brown the chopped onions and bell peppers in a frying pan. Once cooked, add the broccoli and sauté for a few more minutes. |

Mix the eggs with the Punta del Agua Soft Cheese in a bowl . Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. |

Line a springform pan with the disk of dough. |

Fill the tart and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180°C) for approximately 30 minutes. |

Remove, unmold and serve. |
